Exchange & Returns

  • You can only place a return request if you’ve received product(s) in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as Described’ state. Please make a video showing the defective/damage properly right from the outer package till the product display and WhatsApp us at 8217507970 mentioning the reason for returns. This should be reported within 48 hours of receiving/delivery of the product(s).
  • Products under SPRING SALE: BUY 1 GET 1 FREE (SPRINGBOGO) are not eligible for any return or exchange.
