Cancellation Policy

Artsifee believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order is shipped.
  • For cancellation, WhatsApp at 8217507970 within 24 Hours of the order placed.
  • Cancellation directly through our website is not possible.
  • The cancellation request will not be entertained if the order(s) have been shipped.

 Returns & Exchange Policy

You can only place a return request if you’ve received product(s) in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as Described’ state. Please make a video showing the defective/damaged product properly right from the outer package till the product display, and WhatsApp us at 8217507970 mentioning the reason for returns. This should be reported within 48 hours of receiving/delivery of the product(s).

WE WON’T ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES IN THE FOLLOWING SCENARIOS-

  • Return requests made outside the specified time limit of 48 hours from the date of delivery will not be entertained.
  • If there is anything missing from the package, including price tags, labels, all related accessories, original packing, etc.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse of the product(s)
  • If the product(s) returned are found to be in used condition

 

Can we return part of my order?

Yes, a return can be created at the item level, and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/ exchange for any individual item. However, return can be initiated only once per order, and any product(s) being returned need to be returned in full, including all components (tags, labels, etc.) as well as any complimentary gifts or related accessories which came along with it.

 

Return & Exchange Process

We provide 48 hrs of returns/exchange from the date of delivery. We have a reverse pickup facility for most of the pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s).

Just make sure that the tag is attached to the product and that all related accessories are preserved. The packaging should not be tampered with. The outside box should be sealed with cello tape.

For exchange or returns, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at 8217507970 and raise a return or exchange request. We shall process your reverse pick-up request within 24 working hours.

Please note:

  1. Kindly ensure that the shipping address and the return pickup address are the same. However, in the event that the products are gifted to another person, we understand that the shipping address and the billing address may be different. Please mention the same when you are raising a request.
  2. Exchange/Replacement is subject to the availability of the stock with us.
  3. Exchange product(s) will be shipped only after we receive the package.

 

Self-Ship Return Process

In case you wish to self-ship the product(s) to us, you can ship the product at the address below by any reliable courier service. Any item to be returned should be returned in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, parts, accessories, and original packaging box delivered to you. You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit; hence, for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning. Also, ensure that the outside box is sealed with cello tape, and our address should be mentioned clearly.

Please note: Kindly ensure that you take receipt of the acknowledgement from the courier person regarding the number of products you are dispatching, with the signature and contact details. Artsifee will not be liable for any lost shipment under this process. We recommend returning items by trackable mail because all items sent that do not reach the Artsifee warehouse will be treated as non-returned. Please note that the parcels are your responsibility until they are returned to Artsifee at the following address:

Refund Policy

  • No refund will be processed in any case, except for a manufacturing defect, if the wrong product is delivered or the exchange item/product is not available.
  • You will only get a refund of your net billing value. Discounts applied during checkout will not be refunded.
  • If the order placed is prepaid, then the refund amount will be transferred to your account via the original payment method or UPI.
  • If the COD order is placed, the refund amount shall be credited to your account by UPI within 5-7 working days only after we receive the package.
  • We shall contact you for your payment details confirmation via WhatsApp or a call.
